About this tool

Facebook shows page covers at 820 × 312 on desktop (upload 851 × 315 for sharpness), link previews at 1200 × 630, and profile pictures at 170 × 170. Pick the slot and get a JPG at the right size; fill crops, fit pads.

Cover photos are cropped differently on phones, so keep important content near the center.

Questions

Fill or fit?

Fill crops the edges so the image covers the whole frame, which is right for photos. Fit keeps the whole image and pads the rest, which is right for logos and text.

Can I batch resize?

Yes. Drop several images and each is resized to the selected preset; download them one by one or as a ZIP.

Does it keep transparency?

PNG output keeps transparent areas; JPG output fills them with white. Pick the format that the platform accepts.

Is it free, are files uploaded, which browsers work: the general questions are answered once for the whole site.
